Our Story
Phoenix is a luxury apartment building in Collaroy Basin on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Featuring seven individually styled apartments, three are available for short-term rental by discerning guests. Longer-term, executive rentals are available for the remaining four. The complex features a hairdressing salon and coffee shop proving highly popular with guests and locals alike.
A great deal of thought and attention was invested in the design and construction of this prime building. Offering the latest in technology and security, it is perfectly located to make the most of this beach-side suburb's many attractions. Coastal walks, beaches, tennis courts and a golf course are at your doorstep as are convenient public transport options.
Phoenix is built upon the site of legendary surfboard manufacturer Wind Surf n Snow, which was tragically destroyed in a fire in 2019. The Parker family had built an enviable reputation for quality and passion in business; the blaze brought a profound sense of loss to them and their community.

In some small way, we hope Phoenix honours that legacy. Already, it is a landmark of which Collaroy can be proud. Short-term rentals are managed through our accommodation partner Beach Hub, which has a well-earned reputation for delivering high service and great guest experiences.
